Geiranger Brenneri Summer Aquavit is a light and refreshing Norwegian aquavit inspired by summer in the fjord landscape. It is crafted from Norwegian potato spirit and infused with caraway, dill, liquorice root, anise, cardamom, and pink peppercorns, alongside meadowsweet, citrus, rhubarb, redcurrants, and wildflowers.
 
On the nose, the aquavit is delicately floral, with fresh notes of caraway, gentle spices, citrus, and wild berries.
 
The palate is smooth and summery, offering fresh flavours of caraway, green herbs, mild anise, fruit, berries, and citrus, balanced by delicate floral notes and a subtle hint of sweetness.
