This gin is a homage to the red fruits and berries of the region. We use local raspberries and strawberries from Valldal, rhubarb and redcurrants from our own garden, and blueberries picked in the mountains around Geiranger.
 
Intensely aromatic and rich in flavour, it’s a concentrated pink gin – Norwegian summer captured in a glass.
