The Distiller’s Choice Premium Aquavit is a gentle yet complex Norwegian aquavit, matured in sherry and French oak casks from Rivesaltes, with a subtle touch of American bourbon barrel.
 
On the nose, it is fruity and predominantly influenced by the cask, with notes of caraway, sweet spices, and a hint of citrus.
 
The flavour is layered and well balanced, featuring caraway, dried fruit, anise, cardamom, meadowsweet and vanilla, with subtle hints of nuts and orange.
